 <li>REWARDS: Parents can collaborate with their children to create rewarding experiences that can be redeemed using the accumulated points. Rewarding children in a positive manner fosters healthy eating habits. Examples of such rewards include trips to the park, occupying Dad's chair at dinner, or even enjoying a dessert. Importantly, parents have full autonomy over the rewards offered and the number of points required for redemption.</li>
